Better Than Sex Carrot Cake

Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar

**Frosting Ingredients**
1/2 cup butter
1 eight ounce cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon orange rind (optional)

WET INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated carrots
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 eight ounce can of crushed pineapple
handful of chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparations

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix All Wet ingredients together

Mix Dry and Wet together and pour into 2 greased and floured 9" cake pans or into one sheet cake pan.

Bake at 350 degree F oven for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Cool before icing.

Additional Notes

**Cream Cheese Frosting**

Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth(ask Josh for his beating technique if you have questions)
and ice the cake.
