Chicken Enchiladas

Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Can of Green Verde Enchilada Sauce
Natures Seasoning
Lemon Pepper
Corn Tortillas
Green Chili
Black Olives
Cheese (your preference)
Sour Cream


Boil the chicken breast, after boiled shred chicken. Put in the crockpot and let it cook on low all day ( i start this at 6 am usually and let it cook until 5 pm). Add your seasonings to the chicken while it is in the crockpot. When it is almost done cooking in the crockpot preheat your oven to 350. Take a baking pan and lightly grease the bottom of it. Put in your tortillas and chicken. Once you have the pan full, Add some chopped green chili and onions and cheese. After 20 minutes pull out the Enchiladas and add the rest of your toppings. Enjoy!!!

Additional Notes

Tortillas can be either corn or flour, I prefer to use corn.
If you don't like the chili that is fine that is just a staple in our household
